Feeling crafty? Looking for summer activities for your family? Want to support kids in need? Join us for an evening of service as we decorate canvas tote bags for kids who will be receiving a new bed, bedding and bedtime items from One House at a Time. OHAAT provides children and youth living in poverty with beds, bedding, and tools that encourage healthy bedtime habits, so they can get the quality and sufficient sleep they need to thrive. When the beds are delivered, the children receive a tote bag with items that include a plush toy, books and toothbrush. Your decorated totes will be cherished by the children who receive them! No special art abilities required; there will be lots of fun stencils available to use for those who prefer not to draw free-hand.
Details:
Event time: 7-8:30 pm at the church
Tote bags, stencils and markers will be supplied.
The event is free, but donations are welcome to help offset the cost of the tote bags
