Building Usage Request

To book a room:

  1. Check availability on the master calendar: click here
  2. Confirm that room requested matches your needs
  3. Complete the Building Usage Request Form below.

  • It is the responsibility of each group to confirm accurate booking (see master calendar)
  • Bookings are valid only for the date(s) requested
  • For recurring events, include all dates you are requesting (not, “this event repeats every 2 weeks”)
  • Request the actual time of the event, not the time required for set up / clean up
  • Each group is responsible for all setup and cleanup. Floors must be cleaned thoroughly (broom/mop) due to Senior groups who use rooms for exercise classes.
  • A donation is requested to offset expenses of room occupancy.
